Both account types allow you to purchase services and products from Vivido using either your credit card or pre-purchased Vivido CASH.
One difference, as a Corporate Customer, any employee you provide the Corporate Account Number and Password to will have the ability to purchase from Vivido using either a credit card or the company's Pre-Purchased Vivido CASH account. Another benefit for a Corporate Customers is the Terms & Conditions approved at the Corporate level will apply to any employee to whom you provide the Corporate Account Number and Password. This makes doing business more efficient for your company!
We are excited you are considering Vivido to assist your company. If you will have multiple employees within your organization purchasing services and products from Vivido, we recommend that you sign-up as a Corporate Customer. Although this is not a requirement and employees can sign up as Individual Customers, as a Corporate Customer you will save valuable time and money for your company.
First, as a Corporate Customer, you only need to approve the Terms & Conditions once. All employees to whom you provide your Corporate Account Number and Password, can leverage the benefits of Vivido without having to approve the Terms & Conditions at the individual level.
Second, as a Corporate Customer, you have the ability to pre-purchase Vivido CASH. Vivido CASH allows you to purchase a credit upfront that can be used toward Vivido Guides, Usability Products and Remote Expert Services. Because you are purchasing in advance, you will receive additional discounts based on the amount of Vivido CASH you purchase. Once you have set up a Vivido CASH Account, any employee to whom you provide your Corporate Account Number and Password, can purchase from Vivido using the Vivido CASH Account.
Using Vivido CASH becomes very beneficial when you require IMMEDIATE assistance with either information in the Vivido Knowledge Exchange, or have a HOT problem and need a Vivido Remote Expert on the phone quickly. There is no time delay while waiting for a review of the Terms & Conditions, or having to use Credit Cards. Speed to resolution is critical, and both a Corporate Account and Vivido CASH can help you get there fast.
