Customer Success Manager
Customer Success Manager is responsible for the setup, training, support and serve as a single point-of-contact for Vivido's OnDemand applications for our enterprise customers. Applicant will support sales process from lead qualification to setup and
support for OnDemand applications to be deployed on mobile devices and web browsers; including Apple iPhones and iPads, Blackberries, Androids and web browsers
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to build, maintain and grow relationships with customers
- Ability to align client business pain points to solution options
- Proactively develop an actionable 'success plan' to guide client through their Vivido subscription
- Learn industry and marketing best practices and identify how Vivido solutions can be leveraged to implement these practices for customer success
- Drive product adoption and success for a defined set of customers by becoming a trusted advisor and educating clients on product capabilities
- Proactively manage and increase client satisfaction
- Understand user base within region and assist in the Vivido User Groups
- Maintain and track frequent contact with customers and serve as an escalation point for issues that impacts their success
- Professional client communication skills, both proactively and when under duress
- Diffuse escalations from clients 90% of the time
- Complete understanding of the Vivido OnDemand solutions
- Complete understanding of SAP OnDemand solutions
- Strong presentation skills and credibility with Director and VP/C-level executives
- Develop customer success stories and client references
- Work with SAP Account Executive, inside sales team and professional services to devise the best possible client solutions
- Develop and follow initiatives to provide more value to customers and drive retention programs
SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2+ years in business analysis in software and technology
- Excellent business consulting skills, primarily in the ability to determine business pain points and the ability to align appropriate solution recommendations
- Deep technology and software knowledge in CRM/SFA or Marketing
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative.

Lead Product Engineer, Enterprise Mobile Applications
Responsible for the design and development of Enterprise Mobile Applications for smartphones and tablets. Create, Revise and Review Functional and Technical Product specification documents. Responsible for installation and delivery of Enterprise Mobile Applications to customers. Gather business requirements for mobile applications from customers and interpret them as functional requirements to the development team. Manage internal as well as client resources to meet project installation and deployment dates and ensure that methodology, tools, templates, standards, policies and procedures are being followed. Work closely with senior leadership to develop product roadmap and prioritize features and projects based on resources and ROI impact. Lead structured problem solving efforts to resolve issues and conduct fault isolation and failure analysis
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have 3 or more years of experience in various SAP modules.
- Must have 3 or more years of experience working with Enterprise Mobility.
- Must have experience in SAP transactions, SAP Remote Function Calls (BAPI’s), Web Services, Smart Phone application deployment methodologies, managing enterprise mobile product configuration and deployment.
- Must have experience with Databases: MySQL or MS SQL Server. Application Technologies: Java, JavaScript, Enterprise Software (any one): SAP, Oracle ERP, PeopleSoft, Lawson and Application Development Tools: Eclipse.
- Must be willing to travel.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering or related field plus 4 years of progressive IT experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines, technologies, and processes.

Mobile Application Developer
Vivido Mobile is looking for Mobile Application Developers to work on Mobile Smartphone Applications for Enterprise systems. Candidates need to have strong experience in either Drupal or Sencha Touch, understand mobile application solutions and technology, be able to understand customer requirements and develop production quality applications. Position will be located in Santa Clara, CA at Vivido's Mobile Development Center.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong understanding and deep functional expertise of mobile business applications, solutions and technologies
- Thorough understanding of Drupal and/or Sencha Touch
- Must have strong mobile business application and/or software solution development experience
- A breakthrough entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong professional level skills
- Strong independent self-starter attitude
- Minimum 2 yrs. experience required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related experience
